“I've been using Alisa as an ASL tutor for several years now. I had already taken several college ASL classes but without being able to practice with anyone after I was no longer in college, I began to lose my knowledge and skill! I looked online and tried 3-4 tutors, Alisa being the last one. I ditched the others and stuck with Alisa because she made it so easy to learn! Everyone has different learning styles, time, and comfort levels. For me, I didn't like the structure of some of the other tutors. Alisa catered to my learning style, which was just regular conversation in ASL. The dialogue has always been fairly even so that we are both putting in the same amount of effort in signing.”
