1. Services

SignFlower provides American Sign Language (ASL) tutoring, workshops, trainings, and consulting services. Sessions are available online (via video call) and in-person in Austin, TX. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Booking and Payment

Services are booked by contacting us through our website contact form or email (help@signflower.co). Payment terms and rates are listed on our Services & Rates page. Rates are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at the tutor’s discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including text, logos, and course materials, is the property of SignFlower and is protected by copyright law. Some images on this website are used under license from third-party providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

SignFlower provides educational services on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes. SignFlower is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Advertising Disclosure

SignFlower uses Google Ads and the Google Ads API to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns. Our use of the Google Ads API complies with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and Google’s advertising policies .

Advertising data obtained through the Google Ads API is used solely for managing SignFlower’s own campaigns and is not shared with any third parties. Our developer token is used exclusively by SignFlower and is not distributed to or used by external parties.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
